A Mostly Flat, 4 mile Lovely Countryside and River Walk
Friday 11 September: A, mostly flat, 4 mile lovely countryside and river walk, circular starting and ending at Ware Train Station. We will meet at Ware train station (trains from Brimsdown to Ware) – there are also lifts available from Enfield Town. We will follow the River Lea west to Hartham Common then loop back along the Hertfordshire Way.
Meet at 11.00 am at Ware Train Station.
The walk is approximately 2 hours. Group lunch at a local pub in Ware (optional).

Quiz and Film Afternoon from EBOFF Film Group
Sunday 27 September: Another quiz and film afternoon from EBOFF Film group. At Jubileee Hall, 2 Parsonage Lane, EN2 0AJ, between 2.00 and 4.15. A fun quiz with prizes, money raffle free refreshments and a short interval film. This is a multi media quiz – some are film observation, some catchphrases, so you don’t just need prior knowledge.
All welcome but please book. You can book as an individual, a group or a couple – tables will be between 4 and 6 people each.
